Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 중소종합병원 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 환자의 입원 경험의 의미와 본질적 구조를 이해하기 위한 것이다.
방법: 중소종합병원 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에 입원한 경험이 있는 10명의 환자를 대상으로 심층면담을 통해 경험적 자료를 수집 하였다. 주요 질문은 ‘중소병원 간호·간병통합서비스 병동의 입원 경험은 무엇입니까?’이며, Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하여 분석하였다.
결과: 도출된 4개의 범주는 ‘아직 자리 잡지 못한 제도를 실감함’, ‘가족의 심리적·경제적 부담이 적은 안전한 돌봄 서비스’, ‘돌봄 제공자들에 대한 고마움’, ‘다시 찾고 싶은 희망적인 제도를 확신함’이다.
결론: 중소병원 간호·간병통합서비스 병동의 입원환자들은 간병에 대한 심적, 경제적 부담의 감소에 만족감, 많은 수고를 담당하는 간호 인력에 고마움의 마음을 가지지만 동시에 아직 완전히 정착되지 못한 서비스에 혼란과 아쉬움을 경험하였다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 서비스 표준화 매뉴얼의 개발 등 제도적 보완이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify meaning and essential structure of the hospitalization of patients innursing care integrated service wards of small and medium-size general hospitals.
Methods: Experiential data werecollected through in-depth interviews with 10 patients who had been hospitalized in nursing care integrated servicewards of medium general hospitals. The main question was ‘Could you describe your hospitalization experience innursing care integrated service wards of medium general hospitals?’, and collected data were analyzed usingColaizzi’s Phenomenological Research Method.
Results: Four categories obtained were ‘Realize the system thatis not established yet’, ‘Secure care services which are less of a psychological and financial burden’, ‘Thanks forcare providers’, and ‘Confident of the hopeful system to desire to reuse in the future.’
Conclusion: Patients in nursingcare integrated service wards of small and medium-size general hospitals were satisfied with the reduction of mentaland financial burden caused by nursing and were thankful to nursing staff, who put a lot of efforts into nursing. But,at the same time, they were confused and inconvenienced by the services that were not yet completely established. To improve this situation, it is thought that institutional complements including development of a service standardizationmanual would be helpful.
